After i started getting applications for composer it became clear that i was going to have to base my choice on what the person had done before and the creative understanding of the project. I also want to have a good talking relationship with this person as the music is an important part. A phone call or email correspondence or Skype would all make me more comfortable in handing over the responsibility to another person.
